Do I need to travel?

No, well only to the training area of your choice. Our programs are delivered online for your convenience.


Do I need access to a gym?
We do recommend you have access to a gym and pool. As we move through our training a pack and weighted vest is also recommended.


Will this help with my application for the ADF or Police?

We are not affiliated with the ADF. We are a veteran owned and operated business and want to be transparent in this point. We can provide you with a referral upon completion highlighting that you undertook our coaching and that you are at a high fitness level (hopefully you are). We make this referral personal for you and highlight your strengths and our recommendations. If you have a medical issue we can explain that you undertook our training with no aggravation to your injury- if that is the case..


What if I am not fit at all?

We cater for a range of fitness levels. Your program is customized for your fitness level and previous exercise experience. Its better not to waste time and get stuck in to bring your fitness level up to the minimum requirements ASAP.

How is this training different from crossfit, bootcamp or anything else?

This training is designed specifically for military, police or first responders. It has been designed by direct combat ex Infantry soldiers, police officers and Defence Force Physical Training Instructors. The training covers bodyweight strength, running, sprinting, swimming, barbell training, pack marching and combat circuits.

We focus on developing strength, cardiovascular endurance, lactic capacity and anaerobic development through a range of varied disciplines.

We also focus on key military and police performance targets and specific training for that field.
